AMADA PEGA 244 Strip Miss light keeps going on

My strip miss light keeps flashing on but the punch is not getting caught. It will work for 6-8 punches and then light up, go for 3-4 more and it's on again. It is very sporadic in when it lights up. I went in the back of the machine and turned the strip miss switch off and of course, it works but would like to fix the issue. I followed the blue wires from the strip miss switch and it goes into a board (H06020-0PTi4-000). I checked all of the springs and they seem to be good. Please advise.

Clean the tops of your tooling as oil/dirt can cause problems with strip miss
