Need someone with experience cutting Polyester panels with hot wire

The company I am working for is trying to adapt a non-woven thermally bonded polyester panel to a project we are working on. We have experimented with cutting the panels using table saws and are not happy with the results. We are looking for someone with experience cutting material with a hotwire cnc. The products would be in a 4' x 8' panel or smaller. Initially we would like to discuss the feasibility of using a hot wire to cut the panels. We will need to cut the perimeter to non rectangular shapes and also will need to create kerfs and dados on the back side of the panel. If someone with experience has a better suggestion, I am all ears. Down the road we will be seeking a company or person who has a cnc to contract for the project.
