What are your biggest pain points as machine shop owners?

I am unsure if this is the correct thread for this question, but for anyone who owns a machine shop, I am curious to know what problems you encounter most in your operation and what would help alleviate those problems. Some problems I'm thinking of that may be an issue would be garnering and retaining new employees, the cost of machine maintenance, inspections, materials, and difficulty obtaining certifications like ITAR, but I would love to hear your thoughts.
