Hurco BMC2416 newbie need help getting it started...

Hi,

So I have finally gotten my bmc2416 running (1999 model year, Ultimax 4 software) I cannot get the servos to power up. I have air pressure and I do have the terminal up and working. The mill does not respond when I hit the power or start buttons on the console. The yellow motion button will light and the screen will display a motion stopped message on the screen.

Does anyone have video or anything that will help me to learn to operate this machine? Can't wait to get it cutting, but it seems to be a steep learning curve.
