Cnc4pc not returning my calls

I ordered some nema 23 covers about 10 days ago and paid for 2 day shipping and as of today have yet to get them. I have called Cnc4pc and left messages emails and nothing. I did catch the owner on a call at one point and said he was on his way home he would check when he got home and get back to me that night. That was days ago. Not sure where to go from here . Kind of getting pissed. Any body with some advise on this topic I would greatly appreciate it. Don't want to be "that guy " but somebody got my money and I don't have any product .

Ummm.... I ordered a UCCNC Ethernet card almost two weeks ago. Still hasn't shipped as of today. I emailed cnc4cp and Arturo Duncan said it would ship last Wed. Well it's now Monday 5 days later and still no shipping. Starting to wonder about this company.
