Danfoss FC302 VFD <-> Edingcnc 720

Ich versuche einen Drehstrommotor über einen Danfoss FC302 Frequenzumrichter in Zusammenhang mit EdingCNC720 zu Steuern.

Der FC302 soll z.B. den Motor rechts über Klemme 12 (+24V) und Klemme 18 (Start) am Digitaleingang des FC302 angeschlossen werden.

Auf der EdingCNC Seite messe ich 23.32Volt (Spindel ein) und 3.898Volt (Spindel aus)

Die Einstellung am FC302 steht bei Klemme 18 auf „Start“ und das LCP steht auf „Auto on“

Der Motor lässt sich problemlos direkt über „Hand on“ am LCP des FC302 bedienen (Rechts/Links/Drehzahl).

Ich bekomme aber den Fernstart irgendwie nicht hin. Selbst wenn ich ein Relais dazwischenschalte um die Restspannung von 3.8Volt zu eliminieren.

Ich hatte bereits einen China VFD angeschlossen, darüber hat die Steuerung komischerweise funktioniert, ich war aber mit der Performance unzufrieden, daher der Wechsel.

Hat jemand Erfahrung mit solch einer Kombination?

I am trying to control a three-phase motor via a Danfoss FC302 frequency converter in connection with EdingCNC720.

For example I would like to start motor via FC302 Has to be connected to start the right direction via terminal 12 (+ 24V) and terminal 18 (start) at the digital input of the FC302.

On the EdingCNC side I measure 23.32Volt (spindle on) and 3.898Volt (spindle off)

The setting on the FC302 is at terminal 18 on "Start" and the LCP is on "Auto on"

The motor can easily be operated directly via "Hand on" on the LCP of the FC302 (right / left / speed).

But somehow I don't get the remote start. Even if I switch a relay in between to eliminate the residual voltage of 3.8Volt.

I had already connected a China VFD, strangely enough, the control worked, but I was dissatisfied with the performance, hence the change.

Does anyone have experience with such a combination?
