AMB 1050 FME-P DI Mach 3

I have a question... i have get a AMB 1050 FME-P DI... but i cant start it, i can hear that the relay on the brakeout click when i start the spindle in the program ( Mach3, but it do not open for the main power to the spindle, i have get a UC300ETH-5LPT ethernet motion controller, where i have set the signal cable from the spindle to the analog port on the UC300ETH, i have make output on pin6, 12v on pin8 and ground on pin5, But maybe it could be in mach3 the problem would be ?, on the brakeout there stand relay are on p14, should i then use pin 14 in outputsignal? in port and pins ?

And should i activate the spindle in port and pins like the stepper ?

Even if i have seen a ton of videos i cant solve this...

Any that can help with some first aid ?
