What is the best source for a Mach3 controller ready to use? Are there also DIY kits with full instructions available?

Do you want a complete package with motors and drives?
CNC Router parts sell full electronics kits for Mach3, but they aren't cheap.
I am looking to convert 2 cnc machines to Mach3--so I just need the electronics in a box--may be able to use the drivers depending on what they are.
Does it have to be Mach 3? I'm currently getting away from Mach 3. I found it to be unreliable.
