Gcode to set offset values

I am trying to use my touch probe to set Z height within G-code.
Ideally the code will ask for tool change (for the Probe)
Go to current Z0 + .050 and a specified XY coordinate
Probe down to find Surface
Set new Z0

There is more to this. I actually need it to probe several locations, but I do beleive I can handle that part once I know how to do this.

I am very much so a novice, if someone could point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.
