OK, I have answered some of my own questions in case anyone cares or the great internet needs to know.
1.2 Found a page that mentioned that the outputs are general purpose. Guess you can just use them for anything.
3. 10V port is the speed control signal for the VFD. 0-10v depending on spindle speed so I guess thats out.
Sort of answers both. Would have been nice if they labeled diagram

Quick Update
For the Inputs at least they do seem to be mapped to specific functions in Mach3. In4 is the Digitizer for example as per the diagram linked in my last post.
I'm guessing the same would not be true for the parallel version as those pins need to be mapped.

today I bough a Laser 15w for EBay it has a pmw input but I'm not sure how connect it in my red board bsmce04 bit sensor
somebody know how I can connect it, currently I have spindle connected in my cnc 6040

having looked at your photo of the laser control boards TTL inputs
this is how I would connect the BOB / motion controller to the Laser control board
assuming the Laser TTL input is like a TTL logic IC and is at logic 1 when open circuit
and logic 0 when grounded

Well the TTL my understand is only for on/off the laser, but I try to found some method to regulate the intensity and the PWM help to regulate it to 50% or 85% etc.
Do you believe the bellow connection works correctly?
You know which is the function of the terminal AVI and ACM and also which is the voltage.

It looks like that should work
both 2 & 3 pin connectors are labelled TTL/PWM on one pin
and a pin labelled -
which will be the common signal ground
To me TTL has 5V logic levels like the 7400 series logic IC's
if I remember correctly
original 7400 series
0 to 0.8V = logic 0 = low
3.4V to 5V = logic 1 = high
with PWM
the output is switched at a fixed frequency and
the ratio of on to off time varied to convey an analogue level
0n 1% and off 99% of the time will be the lowest value and
0n 99% and off 1% of the time will be the maximum value
