error "No cutting head" bystronic 5200

Good Day to all,

The problem with our BYSTRONIC 5200 BySpeed machine is the following:

I get the error "no cutting head" and I have it placed. I don't know if it will be a sensor or something like that.

So if any of you guys have had a similar issue and have found a solution, PLEASE HELP ME!!

Were you able to get this issue resolved? I've had the same issue with my Byspeed3015 and It would always be random when it would come or go.
