4th Axis Help

Hello all,

I recently acquired a Nikken 4th axis indexer with a Fanuc servo with incremental encoder, and aditional servo amp. I have everything up and working, but when comanded in MDI to make a move it is always incremental. any degree commanded even with a G90 will always add the degrees to where its currently positioned instead of going directly to that degree. I have combed through all of the parameters and cant find any that would change this. My control is a Fanuc OM-C. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.
