i-Carver 40-915 XM1 stuck at "home going"

Hi,

I've been using this machine up until today. when I turn it on and press enter on the controller, its stuck at the next screen "home moving". the only issue that I ran into was when I was cutting, the gantry touched one of the clamps and stopped. after I moved the clamp out of the way, I was able to operate the machine again until I turned if off and back on. when the machine is first turned on, it moves a few millimeters on the X-axis. can you please help me fix this?
