CMS PF111-6T CNC Router - 6 Heads

For Sale: Used 1999 CMS PF111-6T CNC Router. This is a heavy duty commercial CNC router with 6 - 7.4kW main heads and 6 - 2.9kW kicker heads. It also has load/unload automation included, along with a dust collector and a 40 hp Travaini vacuum pump. It was just PMed by CMS North America before disassembly. Asking price is $85,000 USD.

Axes Strokes: X = 3,600 mm (141.73”)
Y = 1,600 mm (62.99”)
Z = 250 mm (9.84”)

Working Table: Single “Lignostone” vacuum table 3,050 mm x 1,560mm (120.07” x 61.41”), machined with 30 mm x 30 mm grid and threaded bushings on a 150 mm grid.

Machine footprint is 14,750 mm (581”) long, 3,290 mm (130”) front to back, and 4,700 mm (185”) tall.

Closed loop AC Servo drive system with precision ground ball screws for positioning, 54,000 mm (2,125 IPM) positioning federate in X axis, 45,000 mm ( 1,771 IPM) on Y axis. All axes ride on extra-large Rexroth (star) precision contour linear guideways.

Spindles: Six heads 7.4 kW (9.9 HP) at 18,000 rpm, and Six heads 2.9 kW (3.9 HP) at 18,000 rpm.
Powered by four 11 KVA frequency inverters.

Vacuum Plant: One Travaini TRO500S-1A vacuum system (40 HP)

Load and unload system: Two motorized roller conveyors, one motorized belt conveyor, one load and unload station with vacuum pods.

Min size of parts is 150 mm (6”) x 200mm (8”) and max size of parts is 300mm (12”) x 760 mm (30”) when machining six parts at a time.

Allen Bradley/OSAI 10-310 Control with 9” high resolution CRT, RS-232 port, 420 Mb on internal hard drive, free standing control cabinet.

Dust collection system

Machine was just PMed by CMS North America before removal.

Machine is disassembled currently and in storage.
