Replicator user needs advice on Makerbot Desktop

Hi,

I've got a FlashForge Creator Pro. The Replicator software does not do what I want.

Does Makerbot or any other software allow control over the printer As It Prints? That would be good. I also want a easier way to control the build temp. As such I was told to go into the Gcode and modify it there. I would think there is a way to send that info thru the USB connection....As it prints If possible.

All help is appreciated.....

I think s3d may allow you to change the hotbed temps throughout the print but I am unsure as I have never used it.

Also keep in mind that the bed level will change as the temp changes.
