Reading .ncp file on laptop/desktop

Hi

Any leads on how to read ("play") the .ncp files? They have been extracted from our Amada Aries 255.

Also any fixes on how to upgrade the hardware? We have been able to replace floppy disk to usb but the memory still crashing.
