Mazak QT18NSP, TRS-BAR process, please help

Hi all.

I'm running a Mazatrol T32-2 on a Mazak QT18NSP.

I've been using the TRS-BAR process for a while now in a program, but hava had both spindle at 0 rpm while doing so. On this new item I would like the spindles to spin while transfering from main to sub spindle. I can get as far as subspindle moving in and grabbing the piece with both running 1000 rpm, but main spindle wont unclamp and let go of the bar.

My guess is there is a parameter or something blocking main spindle from unclamping while at speed, but then why is there an option to transfer at speed? Anyone got any ideas how to solve?

My problem is that if I transfer at 0 rpm then the main and sub spindle don't seem to accelerate at same speed and the subsindle chucks kinda rip the bar and makes it look awful. So my theory was to transfer at 1000 rpm instead. Any thoughts?
