X5 speedmaster value

I would like to sell my syil x5 speedmaster and i have no idea what it should be priced at.
It is in great shape, just missing the led bulb next to emergency switch but that affects nothing. Machine is hooked up, full working order.
It has a brand new 24k rom spindle and i bought an extra one. They were $1500 each. Comes with extra spindle
It is 4 axis
It was purchased 2011 by me brand new
You wont find any rust, its clean and well oiled
The computer and the stand go with the machine
Have the manuals and cd
The salesman at syil said its $20k to build a new one same as this and will take months
I saw one in england brand new 9000 pounds, thats $13k usd.
I want to price it fair for me and the future buyer.
