AXBB-E to Leadshine MX3660 problem

I'm setting up a new CNC and decided to go with the AXBB-E and Leadshine MX3660, 3 axis stepper drive.
The problem I ran into was that the IDC26 to DB25 cable doesn't pin out correctly and connects pins 6 and 7 (MX3660 - Z inputs) to pins 11 and 13 (which are input pins on the AXBB). I'm wondering if anyone else has tried this set up and what the solution was. I know I could order another cable and have with a different pinout, but this really seems like a silly problem between these components. I'm using UCCNC and it is licensed to the AXBB already.
