X axis problem

When we were working suddenly stop the machine. After off the machine and start again it’s work. Sometimes I have to give more time. It happens without any alarm. Sometimes it works for 2-3 days no problem. Sometimes I work only 5 hours then start problem. So how to solve that problem. I didn’t find any reason. Kindly help me
