If the OP included his location,it might help.This is a global forum and nominating a supplier in say Nebraska wouldn't help with an enquiry from Finland,would it?I have on occasion tried low cost TCT tooling and the quality runs from very good to near useless but you only find that out after you have the tool in your machine.A situation made more complicated by some sellers just re-packaging tools from a number of makers so that one is good and another,perhaps of a different pattern isn't,so the seller may be rated according to the experiences of the users of his biggest selling items.In Europe,I find the Axminster own brand better than expected and on the other hand some of the really cheap ebay offerings very considerably.
