HAAS Renishaw probe

Hello, we have an hass vf2ss with a Renishaw 40-20 probe have come in this morning and went to probe a bore and it comes up with a (524 END FOUND WITH NO MATCHING DO) error
(PROBE-BORE) G65 P9995 W54. A10. D0.5 E0.005 H0.005

Not sure what happened was using it yesterday then this morning... this any help please

First thing to do is replace the batteries.

Check your original macros, ... are there any #'s missing ie #3000 or #101 ?

I would try reloading your Renishaw programs.

I have never had weak batteries give this type of alarm, but it's an easy thing to do, so go ahead and try that also.

Sorry for taking so long yes I have replaced the batteries, we are thinking one of our students got in it and deleted the macros we are going to reload all and see if that will work, we also have a call into our Haas service as a last resort hopefully I will be able to get it back up and running
