EMERGENCY - NEED HELP SOURCING UK SUPPLIER - URGENT URGENT URGENT

Hi all,

Please this is a total emergency - I have orders backing up and am losing money at a horrendous pace!!! My stress levels are through the roof :(

Problem Number 1 = First breakdown after only 3 weeks of having the machine arrive in the UK and no response from the Chinese supplier... There's a shock. Engineer has diagnosed it as a dead stepper motor.

Problem Number 2 = I can't find a UK supplier for this particular model so I can get up and running again asap - I already have back orders.

It is a JMC model 57J1276-526-L-B1, 1.2degree, 5.2A... I need one ASAP and am willing to drive anywhere in the UK to get it

One of the motors here is a 57J1276-658 so is very close to your requirements.
They should be able to supply the exact unit you have that's bad.
