E635 Overflow V-Deviation Check: - that the table motion is not blocked
- that the displayed position is correct
Restart operation. Persisting symptom means failure.
I'm guessing you crashed/Jammed the the head or possibly a motor coupling came loose. My understanding is the error is from the control thinking the machine should be in range of a certain location and from reading scales it has determined it is outside of that range. I'd shut it down and make sure the axis slide moves freely and nothing is jammed and restart it.
I also guess at the the time of this error it clears the axis home reference.
