Job Responsibilities:
Program & set up machines, trouble shoot parts, provide input on tooling, provide guidance to the team based on knowledge and experience
In process inspection and attention to detail
Prototype manufacturing of new parts
Help set priorities for CNC Mill Cell to drive efficiency & quality
Assist with new part quote reviews
Initiates improvement projects to continuously reduce cost and raise performance within the function
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years in an advancing machinist role showing ability to learn and grow
Seeking candidates with 3,4 & 5-Axis Milling talent and experience
Positive attitude and ability to effectively work with others
Solid understanding of G & M Codes
In process inspection focus & ability to coach others
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong math and analytical skills
Ability & interest to learn programming using Autodesk Part Maker
