maho 125p burning spindle

well i work i a compani that have 3 deckel maho 125p and is getting had to work whit the machine every time it is burnig the spindle in 5 year they have burn over 44 spindle only one whas fault of the operator the other bad design of some part i do not know if it is normal for this type of machine but for the price they are very fragil while runnig on high speed mode the shortest time that a spindle live was one day and burn hope someone is having the same proble give me feed back please
