help needed abut stepper package

hi all..
i'm new in here and new builder of a cnc router 3 axis, and i hope some of you specialist can help me out a little, about not buying some crap i can use.

i have been loking around the net trying to make knowledge on stepper motors and package with 3 axis system. but i don't think that i'm clever enough yet :-D
i have read that the best way to do it are with a break out board and single micro-stepper units, one for each stepper, most accurate.

then i read some places that the voltage on the stepper in the stepper packages are not right, and i am confused..

i found this one on ebay from UK. anyone can tell me if this a ok set of steppers for the price, i know that it probably not the greatest in the world but the price isn't the highest in the world

my router is to be . 110 cm x 70 cm x 30 cm - 5 mm lead ballscrew and with supported rails.
