Puma 12s-3a fanuc 086 alarm code

Hi

We've got a Puma Daewoo 12s-3a with Fanuc O-T

Been running programs without the Handshake hook up externally, not sure what has changed we had a trial operator last week but he wasn't upto scratch compared to what his CV said and now cannot run programs in single block mode or full run auto mode. really confused me this im guessing that something has change internally but haven't an idea.
Also get a message (number18) when try to run single block saying 'back to the begining before start cycles'

Any help would be massively appreciated.

Check the keep relays for the control
Check their inst a custom page were you can switch stuff on an off on the control panel
