Bridgeport 760/22 tool changer

Hey guys I have 95 Bridgeport 760/22 with a dx32 control. I'm just now getting this all set up after it had set a couple years. The machine turned on fine and homes. All axes and spindle work as they should the one thing that is not working properly is the tool changer. When i hit load magazine the carousal comes over and I can home it just fine if the spindle is up all the way. Now if I try to do a tool change the z axis rapids up or down depending on where the spindle is and shuts down and says limit exceeded. I'm thinking that there is a parameter off I checked and the z axis rapid was set at 740something. Also if the spindle is at the right height for a tool change the magazine will come over the spindle will orient then it will have an error saying no feed rate specified. Anyone have an idea or can tell me how to change the parameters?
