spindle polestred setting problem

Dear All

i have facing some problem in my machine that is DECKEL MAHO i wrote my problem below please if any know the any fruit full solution so please let me know.

Tool clamp unclamp is not work properly

Check Clamp unclamp switch

Switch is ok

Check Air Pressure

Air Pressure is Ok

Check the setting value is the distance from the spindle nose to the face of the holder

Polestard setting is 109mm

Polestard Setting Procedure

1) Tubular retaining tool

2) Socket screw key

Press the manual mode

Release Unclamp switch

Tubular retaining and socket screw engage

Tubular retaining tool move to left side

Check polestard size 101.1mm

Release Unclamp switch

Tubular retaining and socket screw engage

Tubular retaining tool move to right side

Polestard setting is not lock properly

But tool Clamp unclamp is ok

During process the polestard setting disturbed due to which harbor got unclamped and accident happened the polestard setting reading before 103.5 and the reading

after accident is 96.2
