Traub Hydraulic problem

Hello,
I own a Traub TNM 28, I got initialized, loaded the parameters and then started to remove alarms so I can re-calibrate the machine. I had some issues with the hydraulic pump but got it working. I turned on the machine to verify and left it a few minutes on and worked fine. I turned the machine and when I started working on it, with the drives on (hydraulic pump on) a worker pulled the “Manual Pull Valve” and the pump stopped a few seconds later. We tried turning the drives on but the pump now starts and after a few seconds it makes a sound like it is trying to pump the oil but something is not letting it go through, and then we stopped it immediately. Im not getting an error on the controller just the usual alarm the levels are low but are at max. Do you have any advice or what can I do next? We tried disconnecting the hose and tried it and the pump is pumping oil so the pump is not the problem.
