Corecell GURIT S1800

Hi guys, I have to machine several sheets of GURIT S1800 foam for a customer on my AXYZ CNC router table, this material is 315 kg/m³ and has a compression strength of 1119 psi. Has anyone had any experience of machining this material, what type of tooling would you use and what would the feeds and speeds be. Half of the material needs to be cut with a 45 degree chamfer, my usual tool for chamfers is a Trend 10/10X1/2TC - CHAMFER V GROOVE CUTTER 45 DEGREES. I will need to plane the thickness of the material down by 11 mm , I would normally use my 45 mm carbide insert planing bit and remove the material a couple of mm per pass.

Any advice is welcome.
