Looking for recommendation for Low Cost Flat Bed Cutter?

I am looking for a lower cost flat bed cutter for cutting 30mil plastic sheet.
Need size should be at least 24" x 36" Larger is ok.

I know there are many Chinese lasers that are of fair to good quality but
not having much luck finding a good flat bed cutter.

Something like this would be nice but the price
seems ridiculous to me for what I need (and that is their small one)
