The base machine has the appearance of being made by Topwell, a manufacturer of high quality machine tools in Taiwan. There were many container loads of those machines imported in the 80's and then the CNC hardware was installed by the importer in the US. If you bought a container load, Topwell would put any name you wanted on it. The badge normally is above the spindle speed dial, but it looks like yours is missing. Most of the machines I have seen had Anilam controls on them, never seen one with a General before. That's a first for me. Most of those importers are long out of business, but you can still get some parts for the machines.
As far as the controls, good luck. I wouldn't even mess with 30 year old controls, but I have a pretty low tolerance for antique controls, although I am still using the 30 year old DC servos and drives on my machine with modern controls. Modern control systems are cheap and readily available. I would look at Dynomotion, Centroid, Mesa, or CamSoft. If you should want to replace servos, then DMM servos and drives would be my first choice.
BP kneemill clone CNC.....good luck finding software. what is inside the cabinets? VFD ? Axis amps?
The cabinet has all the power supplies and the simoreg transistorsteller
Thanks Jim, I just looked at a picture of a Topwell mill and I think you are right.
Still not sure what to do with the controls but I will, check into cost and availability in the near future.
Thanks again

General Numeric was a joint marketing company between Siemens and Fanuc; the 810 is definitely a Siemens.
Thank you, I have contacted Siemens and gave them the part numer of my control.
They said they will contact me with a P/N and cost wor what I need.
Thanks again
