Hello guys, i need to reduce the OD of a stainless steel spacer/washer. The approx dimensions are 2” od, and 2mm thick .
i was thinking of a rotary axis lathe with a stepper motor. Can this moto be wired to run at a continuous higher speed only?

What equipment do you have available? That is really a good job for a lathe, just attach the washer to a stub arbor.
