RFQ - Turned & Grooved Delrin (16x3mm)

Need to have some parts made for another project. The part is basically a 16x3mm turned delrin disc, with two 4.5mm grooves cut on each side (one per side), 90° to each other (These groves run perpendicular to the axis, they are not radial). There will also need to be 12 locating holes on one side (on same radius, not thru, not super precise). Would require some lathe work and some finishing on a router or mill (or a lathe with attachments)
