what parameters work/run the G01 on a fanuc ot a control

We got all the parameters up all the bugs worked out with the exception of when the machine goes to feed in G01 it stops and sits there like its waiting for something.
no lights no error alarms. spindle stays running coolant stays on etc etc even picks up tool offsets with no problem just wont feed at no mater what feed rate we give it.

since we had to add parameters in the control I am assuming one is either missing out of the book or one that was written down is wrong.

the machine moves in dry run when you have a G01 Z-0.2 F0.010 . when you try to run it off dry run it stops

as a test I programmed in a G98 F1.0 Z-1.0 then tried a G98 Z-1.0 F.05 even a F.5 and a F15.0 also tried feed rate after Z-1.0 the feed rate stayed the same extremely fast as if there was no change in the rates of feed. and the speed control override doesn't work on the G98

yes the spindle is turning as its a normal program that we run in other machines

the machine in question is a knc-45 miyano with a ot model a control
ran numerous sample programs in the book thinking there are different codes for the miyano but to no avail. all have the same exact results.

Are you in IPR or ipm. In IPR, may not be picking up the spindle encoder

in IPR it just stops when it gets to a G01
in IPM is goes at full rapids no matter what feed I have in there and the speed control doesn't work as well in IPM
in Dry run with a G01 is works fine just no control on feed control. I believe dry run switchs over to IMP(not sure)

The encoder issues crossed my and a buddies mind, but the machine was dead when we got it with not parm or diag parms we have put them in and was thinking that maybe there is something that isn't in the parm book
the spindle rpms read what ever I tell it.

this machine also has live tooling so I assume it has a c axis. maybe that could be an issue (no y axis) also twin turrets. everything works but the G01 deal and I haven't figured out how to make the spindle move in degrees yet( books suck and there in Japanese)
