Tool Holder Library

I am about 1 year into featurecam and now I am ready to make my holder libraries. I want to a separate library for 5 axis soft mill, 3 axis soft mill, 5 axis hard mill, and 3 axis hard mill. I do not want the holders for all the machines in one library. Is there a way to separate the libraries? I can not figure it out. I go in and create a library and add a holder to it, then I create another library and try to add a holder into it and both libraries have the two holders in them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
