HBS1108S Documentation and support issues

Does anyone have the hardware and programming manual for the Leadshine HBS1108S that includes the parameter list and error codes? I was mislead by PrimoPal that these were supported in the US and the same product as the ES-DH series. Well, they are not. I contacted Leadshine tech support and they will not support them at all in the US market and I can't seem to google any more than a data sheet on them. Also, the Leadshine Pro Tune software will not work with them either.

They were supposed to come pre-configured but they won't even do self test. The ebay seller Helen Lee [email protected] miss led me into buying them and will now do nothing about it or provide any channel for documentation or support. Buyer beware.

Anybody have info on them or experience with them?
