I am brazilian.
I would like to know if I need a post processor to operate a 5 axis CNC with mach3 Gcode.
or the post processor are ready within the programs powermill, solidwors,artcam outher
i will build a 5 axis cnc to work with Gcode
I would like to know if I just need to configure the CAM for 5 axes and generate the code for 5 axes

You will definitely need to "just" configure the controller.Not many CAM programs will have a generic 5 axis post processor and unless you have an amount of experience with CNC machining of some sort you have a mountain to climb.I suggest you post your intended machine design and invite comments from people who understand the realities of construction machines and connecting controllers.There is help to be had.

I have already manufactured two cnc machines with only 3 axes, but I always used mach3 to work

Brief description of this incredible cheep panel looks good. The question is if there is detailed specification available? What are axis accuracy following errors, for instance? It is possible that the panel is able to carry laser head only.
