Spindle orientation failure

Cincinnati Milacron Arrow 750, A spindle motor went out. I pulled one from another machine but I cannot figure out how to get the alignment right after several attempts.
Right now on M19S0 it just sits there and chirps about 4 times per second and then displays the following alarm:
Spindle Orientation Failure
The control has not seen the spindle orientation feedback signal. (CR_OR_COMP) or NCEE signal N1SPDL_CHG.

Please help.

The spindle encoder may need to be reset to zero.

Have you matched the Motor Part Number;
MEG-OHMed the motor and checked the ohms;
verified that the M11 Contactor is picking up and that the Contacts are not burned up?
What was bad on the old motor?
Are you getting Alarm LED on the spindle drive, or any blinking LEDs?

Tengo un problema con un control Sabre 750 A2100 al que se cambió el codificador del husillo que controla la orientación ahora cuando la referencia genera la siguiente alarma 44-6 Falla de alineación de cuadrícula del eje C que creo que se debe a que el husillo no está orientado quería saber cuál es la forma de recalibrar el encoder y la orientación del husillo de antemano gracias.

I am assuming you have the black KOLLMORGAN drives. IF you can't orient the spindle then you can not complete the alignment process for the C axis. When you changed the spindle motor the orient point is not the same as the old motor. You may have incorrectly wired the resolver for the spindle, you can not assume the motors are wired the same. You need to adjust the SINE/COSINE settings in the control to match the new motor. You will also need software on a laptop to plug into the spindle 9 pin RS232 port to adjust the orient position of the spindle.
