I have a 2005 VF2ss-I am getting no alarms and machine runs fine. I was comparing voltages to my other machine to troubleshoot and noticed this machine is reading 185VAC at the 115v spares and the 115v out to IOPCB on the psup pcb. I double check my test meter and it is accurate. What could be causing the over-voltage but no alarms? Incoming voltage is 208 and taps are set correctly. Thank you in advance.
The Transformer may be incorrect or faulty have you measured at the Transformer input and outputs, if you have other machines it should be easy to pin point where the difference is, if you have different machines models, then they may not be a good comparison

You could try a higher tap if this is for the supply voltages and they are fairly close together, for example, if you have it set for the 208v tap, and the unit also has a 220v tap or close to it , see if the output voltage drops accordingly.
This has to be on the input side, however.
