Okuma LB15 Gearing change issue

Okuma MB15 Thanks for the suggestions. Think my chucking issue is corrected but now it seams that the spindle will not engage. I input the information in MDI and when I hit cycle start the spindle rotates a few inches one way then back and and continues like its looking for a spot to lock in on. Looked in back and I see where the roll switches are in back of the spindle box and the knuckle that should articulate over them in between the two. When I press on one of the switches the spindle starts but is seams that the arm is not moving over the switches any ideas how to correct this. Also my engage button light flashes on my panel as if its not in gear. The switches work but the arm does not move. I assume this is what engages for high or low gear. FYI.. this machine was sitting in a warehouse for several years prior to me getting it. Any help would be appreciated.
