Hello,
I'm trying to get an old Makino Wire EDM (U53K manufactured around 1998) running after a couple years sitting idle. I have no experience with Makino WEDM - only ran Fanuc WEDM machines in the past. I have all of the Makino books which is super helpful but I'm still stuck.
After trying to fill the work tank, it threw a 4044 alarm "Fill Inverter"
Bad pump, perhaps?
If anyone has experience with this machine, I'd love to ask you a bunch of questions!
