Fanuc drill mate option parameters

I have a 1991 Fanuc drill mate model c with o-m controller. It recently had its memory scrambled. I had a 417, 427, and 437 digital servo parameter alarms. I was able to get a copy of the control parameters but Fanuc said I needed to call the tool builder for the option parameters. I called methods and they told me they did not build this machine and they don't know who did. The only suggest they could offer me was find someone who has the same machine and see if they would email you a copy of there option parameters. If anyone has one of these machines could you please contact me. Thanks everyone for all the great information supplied in this forum! It has helped out more times than I can count!

do you have a photo of the serial number of the machine and also the serial number above the motherboard?
do you any paper ,aka "data sheet"?

I bought the machine used and it came with the manuals but no data sheets.

Your master pcb is not for Fanuc 0-mate. it is rebuilded. my machine master ocb is in picture

This is what I think. Original your machine use master pcb same as my machine. But your machine is rebuild with other master pcb so you should find rebuilder

Could you please send me a copy of your option parameters? I tried getting in touch with Fanuc and methods and neither could help me. I don't know who to call next?? If I had a list and my book maybe I can get it running. My email is [email protected]. Thank you for all the info.

can you have a more good quality photo?
or can you write down the :Serial number with P922.......

The first plate says
Type A04B 0073 A001
The serial number is P922CA096

I also have another plate on the other cabinet door that says
Type A04B-0073-B201
Serial no. 1084371

I think one is for the machine and one is for the control?? Not sure tho?

you will have hard times to put it back as the most important is the diagnose parameters that can be rebuild from ladder sequence but you need a good guy

1991 What model of a machine is this ?--------------2 Axis lathe or Mill ?------------What control a OM or OT ?
Does the machine power up to IPL screen ?-----------Does it have any functions at all ?---------Pictures of the control powered on ?----------------------If a OT or OM you only need 900 to 923 as these are options for the machine and changes the control alot if not correct
