Drive Hitachi Seiki VK45 II

Good morning,

I have a problem with the servo driver of my VK45. The servo driver is by NEC 193-230072.
The problem is that the previous owner has burned a mosfet, and replaced it with a compatible and not with an equal.
Now unfortunately do not remember the original mosfets code.
I ask if anyone has a similar car if you can not read the letters written on the component.
I tried the online drive sheet date, but have not found anything

So the mill work some days, and then i have to change the mosfet again (I think because the features are slightly different)

what you need is

NEC K831 - check for the datasheet here and find one that is compatible if need be
