I've tried downloading the installer 3 times, and restarting my machine, but every attempt to install this update results in the same error:

It installed for me with no issues. My download size is 20,832 KB. That's different than yours. Maybe try downloading again.
Thanks for that download size number Dan. I tried again today and it's working perfectly!
I really don't know what the problem could have been yesterday and what was causing the missing data from the download. I was using the latest version of Firefox.
This morning I tried both Firefox and Chrome and they both worked.
