I have a new to me 2002 Supermax FP100a VMC!
It has the 20k RPM HSK63A spindle and it is not gripping the tools tight enough.
You can see the machine make contact with the face of the spindle and tool holder, however when you enter a cut, even at a low RPM, the tool holder comes loose!
It should not be a problem the tool holders, they are all Lyndex/Nikken.
Has anyone else seen this problem?
Does anyone have the drawings for this machine?
