Is there a problem with the brass part and the spring? The spring has been damaged and the end of it coils up and out of the hole.
This is a new unit and I was just finishing up the install when I noticed this. Also, the blue couplet between the motor and the threaded rod was not secured with the allen set screws. Small problem trying to get that back together.
I did run a small test and the unit seems to function, but then, I'm totally new to the CNC world. This my first foray into the CNC machine. Have a 3D printer and thought this was the next progression.
