Need a CNC machine to get my carbon fiber panel cut near Wyndham Vale, Victoria

I have a carbon fiber sheet of 4mm thickness. I have the DXF files to be cut out of. (Attached)
I'd be more than happy to travel to your location to get my parts cut out.
I'm getting desperate.

I have a really well priced option that I could do out of 3mm carbon if that works. Super high quality also.
